We offer modest, stylish and affordable clothing for women. In order to keep our prices competitive and affordable to you we have simplified our process, which means savings to you. We do this by shipping directly to you from our manufacturers overseas, however this means you might have to wait a little longer for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

If you have a must-wear-date deadline, please read the entire page carefully to make sure your order will arrive on time. We recommend that you add additional day or two on top of all other estimates in the event that your package gets lost, you input an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or some other unusual problem arises. Please double check your shipping address when placing your order.

That said, we offer standard FREE SHIPPING on orders over $39 shipped to every country we serve. 

Orders under $39 ship for $6.95 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Your final shipping cost will be available during checkout.

All international orders under $39 are shipped for a flat rate of $10.95.

Any additional shipping fees, if any, will be calculated during checkout.

PROCESSING

We generally process orders within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise stated on the item page. Special and back ordered items require additional time. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Estimated shipment time is 19-21 days, international destinations might take longer. Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes beyond our control.

MY TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING

As soon as the tracking on your order is updated to “delivered” by the postal courier, it triggers an automatic email from Honeyberry to let you know your package has been delivered.

If you received a delivery notice, only to find your parcel is nowhere to be seen, here is some information you should know:

  • USPS often updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely and in the case of international shipments, sometimes as soon as the order has been processed over to the new tracking system. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.

 

  • If you have a USPS tracking number, contact your LOCAL USPS OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE. Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day’s delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.

 

  • If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Honeyberry cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Most items ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination. Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

If you place an order for multiple items, hey may each ship from different warehouses.

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, or you did not receive your order when tracking shows it was delivered, please contact us.

SAYS DELIVERED – INTERNATIONAL

Things to do:
  • Check your mailbox daily for a notice from your local post to go pick up your parcel
  • Contact your local customs office and inquire about your delivery
Things NOT to do:
  • Panic – we receive messages quite often from concerned customers who have received a “Delivery” notice, only to find their parcel is nowhere. Without fail, the package is usually delivered a few days later, or a notice from customs is found in the mailbox.
  • Contact USPS – they are not able to inquire of parcels once they reach a different country.

RETURNS

We want you to love the items in your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order.

If you credit card has expired or we cannot refund your account for any reason, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit or gift card.

Please note: The original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. 

Sale items are non returnable unless there’s a manufacturers defect. If that is the case and your return is approved, we will give you a gift card for the total amount of your store credit to be used in our website.

Get in touch with us to receive a return label to postmark your first return within 15 days from the purchase date, we’ll cover the cost of your first return shipping!

For later returns or additional returns after the first one, a $7.99 fee will be deducted per return package, or you can return by using your local post office at your cost. We recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping service. 

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Contact us for the correct address.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We will not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry,  accessories and on sale items.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please contact us for details on returning your item and placing a new order.
